Pre/post assessments
A confidence-gain score for every participant, plus a 30-day plan to put the skills to work.
Certificates
An individual Certificate of Completion for each staff member who finishes Modules 1–3.
Admin dashboard
Completion by staff member and branch, with board-ready reports for your CEO update.
Quarterly updates
A new video each quarter on what’s changed in AI for Canadian public libraries.
Hosted and supported
