Exactly what the platform tracks
A precise account of the learner data the platform captures, where it lives, and who can see it — written for an IT and privacy reviewer.
Identity
Name and email address (used as the username)
Enrollment
Courses and branch/group enrolled in, plus enrollment date
Progress
Lesson, topic and course completion status and percentage
Quiz results
Attempts, score, pass/fail, time taken, and per-question responses
Assignments
Submitted files, grade, and approval status
Essays
Submitted text and grade

Certificates issued and their issue dates

Timestamped events — completions and last activity, shown in the real-time feed
Reporting & export
Data exports as CSV from ProPanel and the Reports screen, filterable by branch, course and learner. Branch leaders see only their own branch; only administrators see system-wide data.
Where the data lives
Stored in the WordPress / LearnDash database on engrsolutions.ca. With SSO, authentication is handled by your identity provider and no passwords are stored on the platform — only name, email and optional branch attributes are passed on sign-in.
Privacy considerations
PII is limited to name, email and learning activity — staff only, no patron data. Branch-leader visibility into a branch’s results is a within-organization access point worth confirming against the completed ISRA.
